Andrew Metcalfe
(B.Bus. CPA, FGIA, GAICD, Grad. Dip. CorpSecPrac & AppCorpGov) is Principal of Accosec & Associates and leads a qualified and experienced team of professionals. Andrew is an experienced hands-on and practical thinking company secretary and governance professional, with a wealth of experience in the ASX listed company environment. He is dedicated to strengthen and enhance a company's regulatory, compliance and governance function that underpins a clients activities and ensures transparency, accountability, fair dealing and protecting the interests of stakeholders. His expertise in Chartered Secretarial and Governance Advisory services along with a range of financial and commercial skills ensures the client complies with its corporate, regulatory and statutory compliance requirements. His client base is geographically spread both nationally and internationally and across a diverse industry base.
Philip Thomas

Specialising in management and Boardroom governance, particularly the more complex matters. Clients range from international and Australian Listed entities, large private companies, Not for Profits in a variety of sectors and industries. Philip is a frequent guest speaker to industry on development, Board control and assessment practices including governance procedures for management oversight. This area includes training in aspects and support for directors and company secretaries for practical governance and business solutions.
Andrew Beeson
CA, MAICD, AGIA
A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 20 years of experience of conducting a variety of financial roles in Australian manufacturing companies, Andrew has spent more than a decade as CFO of ASX listed companies and currently provides a range of “CFO” advisory services, aimed primarily at medium sized companies, both ASX listed and large proprietary. These services include interim CFO roles, business planning, budgeting and other financial modelling activities and Company Secretarial support. In addition, Andrew conducts strategic business reviews and provides support for acquisition, IPO’s and divestments. Andrew is also well experienced in managing, or assisting with, the end of year financial reporting process for ASX listed companies with particular emphasis on valuation/goodwill testing and careful management of key stakeholders in the process (Finance team, Audit team, Audit Committee, Board, shareholder communications).
Geoffrey Widmer
MBA, B.Ec, FAICD, GIA, SPE, AIPN Honorary Consul for the Republic of Colombia in Victoria
Specialises in energy, corporate secretariat & governance and financial management services as a director and company secretary. He has being a director in the “NFP” sector with the company (Ability Works Australia) for 6 years. In this position, he was also Chairman of the Audit Committee. He was on the board of the South Australian Centre for Economic Studies for 10 years and as Chairman for 4 years. He also has extensive board and executive commercial experience in upstream oil and gas exploitation both in Australia, Asia and the Americas, infrastructure and technology industry sectors. His commercial experience is in energy project evaluation and analysis, business strategy and corporate governance.
